Our Story

Two old things, done properly.

A torch for light and a bit of tallow for the skin — the two oldest comforts there are. We build small-batch soaps and candles the slow way: rendering real beef tallow, folding in donkey milk and hemp seed oil, and letting every bar cure until it's ready, not until it's convenient.

Everything is mixed, poured, cut and wrapped by hand in our little Indiana workshop. No mega-batches, no filler — just honest ingredients turned into something you'll actually look forward to using.

The Craft

From render to ritual

Render

Beef tallow is slowly rendered and cleaned until it's silky and pure.

Blend

Donkey milk, hemp seed oil & skin-loving botanicals are folded in.

Pour & Cut

Each batch is hand-poured, cut, and stamped one bar at a time.

Cure

Bars rest on the rack for weeks until they're hard, mild & long-lasting.
